SYMBIOZA,Donation payment T&Cs

SYMBIOZA operates the website www.symbioza.org (the Website). These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use the donor makes of the donation payment services provided through the Website.
These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that the donor makes. By confirming on the Website that the donor wishes to make a donation the donor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
This Donation Payment T&Cs is an integral part of General Terms&Conditions for Donations of SYMBIOZA.
Introduction
All prices and benefits are available on the site in the section Donate now.
Symbiozasis reserves the right, at any time and for the purposes of the main activity, to change:
- the unit price for afforestation of the trees;
- the amount and type of benefits, bonuses and discounts provided to the donor;
- аll tariffs and conditions announced on the Website.
The donation services
The donation will be used only for the purpose specifically presented on the Website for CO2 offset by planting trees.
All payments processed throughout the Website should be done via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer or PAYPAL.
Once the donor confirms the donation the Website will generate а new page with the payment options.
Payments methods:
1. Payment with Debit/ Credit card via virtual POS terminal
Once the donor chooses a payment method via virtual POS terminal the donor`s transaction will be processed through the payment page of our payment provider.
After a review and a confirmation of the donation the donor will be transferred to a secure page of the payment services provider, where the donor must enter his card details (number, validity date, 3-digit security code and the name of the cardholder). For the identification as a cardholder, the payment server of the servicing bank maintains the authentication schemes of the international card organizations.
The transfer of amounts is carried out through the Bank's system and not through the Website, and the responsibility for the transaction lies with the Bank and not with the Website. In case of technical problems with the transfer, the donor should contact the Bank.
2. Payment via PayPal
Once the donor chooses “via PayPal” as a payment method the transaction will be processed through SYMBIOZA’s payment services provider - PayPal. With the confirmation of the donation, the donor authorizes the transaction and accepts that the amount will be deducted from the donor's payment account.
Please, note that PayPal is a platform for online payments, which has all the necessary certificates for the protection of personal data and transactions. PayPal provides an easy and convenient way of processing payments with a credit or debit card. In case of technical problems with the transfer, the donor should contact the technical support of PayPal.
3. Bank transfer
Once the donor chooses “via Bank transfer” as a payment method, the Website will generate the information for the donation. The donor must transfer the amount of the donation to SYMBIOZA’s bank account, indicated below.

Important: In “reason for the payment ”the donor will need to fill in his donation number.
Donation details as filled in by the donor
In case of an error or errors in the transfer of funds, the donor must contact the donor’s Bank or Card provider as soon as possible. SYMBIOZA is not responsible for an error or errors in the transfer of funds made by the donor.
Unauthorized card use
In case of a suspicion that the donor’s card is used for fraudulent transactions or if it is lost or stolen, SYMBIOZA highly recommends to contact the donor’s Bank or Card provider as soon as possible.
SYMBIOZA is not responsible for any kind of unauthorized card use.
Refund policy
SYMBIOZA is grateful for the donations and support of the organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if the donor has made an error in the amount of the donation, the donor shall contact SYMBIOZA immediately at: info@symbioza.org.The notification must be sent within 14 days from the day of the initial transfer of funds. In case the donor does not meet this deadline, he loses his right to a refund.
Refunds are being done by using the original method of payment.
If the donor made the donation by a Debit/ Credit card, the refund will be transferred to that same Debit/ Credit card.
If the donor made the donation via PayPal, the donation will be transferred to that same PayPal account.
If the donor made the donation by a Bank transfer, the donation will be transferred to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
Please, keep in mind that the refund period may take up to 14 business days after we are notified for the refund to be completed and the funds to be available in the donor’s bank account.
General
SYMBIOZA reserves the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Effective Date” legend at the top of this page indicates when this T&Cs were last revised. Any changes to this T&Cs will become effective when we post the revised T&Cs on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following these changes means that you accept the revised T&Cs.
These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by the Bulgarian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
